As of 2019, since renamed FairCrest Senior Housing, interior cleanliness has deteriorated. An untrained pet dog has soiled carpet repeatedly and repeated stains not removed. Assigned property manager does not reside in building. They are in building twice per week, 8 total hours. Three wheelchair tenants are on 2nd floor. There is one elevator. Recent electric outage of entire building occurred. Outages occur due to storms. No apparent concern of these individuals exists in case of a fire. Many tenants use walkers or canes. A television on 1st floor is in a common room or kitchen. A library on 2nd floor is gone, replaced with chairs to view cable television and called a media room. No planned events for tenants is included except once per month coffee and doughnuts. Walls are not soundproofed in units and no pictures in hallways to decrease echoes are permitted. Large outdoor table with chairs are in front of bldg and a picnic table is on back lot by a small garden tenants use. Tenants park their vehicles on back lot but also front lot despite ambulances, fire trucks, medical transport vans and caregivers needing to park. Landscape maintenance is frequent around Faircrest. There are 4 doors to building. Front foyer has an intercom. There is no assigned parking spaces. Disabled parking spaces are few. Faircrest occupies half a city block and is surrounded by singles homes. Many individuals walk their dogs around the building from early morning to mid evening.
