Fountain Square of New Berlin

I lived in one of the condo style apartments (1 bedroom w/den) for 12 years. The office and maintenance staff was always very helpful. All my maintenance requests were handled within a 24 hour period. The only reason I moved was to be with my daughter and grandkids in MN . . . otherwise I would have stayed here. And I never had any issues with any of my neighbors. Great place!

My wife and I (and our dog) have nothing but positive things to say about the rental property and management at Fountain Square! We lived here for 4 years in a 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment. The management team was always extremely friendly and courteous to any questions we had and the maintenance staff was always very prompt and thorough for any repairs or issues we had with the apartment. The neighborhood itself was very quiet and safe and was a very enjoyable place for us to take our dog for a walk through the park to the north of the complex. We would highly recommend Thompson Companies for any rentals based on our wonderful time spent at Fountain Square!

I moved in as a temporary move and stayed for 8 years. The leasing management and staff have almost zero turn over and are very kind, courteous and helpful. My unit was updated before I moved in and when I moved into a larger unit I received matching appliances new blinds and fresh carpet. Maintenance is always available if needed and I could put in a request over the phone, through the online system or in person. Although I did not have a washer and dryer in my unit I never had difficulty accessing them in either of the buildings I lived in. People removed their items in a timely manner and respected each other. The grounds are well-kept and most importantly in the winter the sidewalks are always shoveled and the parking lots are cleared very early so that I was always able to get to work. There is always salt at the entrance to every building so that you can throw salt if you feel that it looks slippery before leaving the doorway. The pool area is cleaned daily prior to 10 AM and the workout room remains clean. During the winter months the workout room is open 24 hours. In the summer it closes at 10pm for pool safety. This is a living community with families, children, singles, professionals, retirees and more. I recommend this community highly. I loved that my unit came with a garage! I always felt safe. New Berlin police drive through regularly. I'm not aware of any break ins or vandalism ever. I would feel safe to leave my car unlocked. If you are new to the area or just looking for a new start you won't be disappointed.
