Jupiter Crossing

I just moved in and so far I like the apartment. My biggest complaint right now is it seems like the apartment takes a lot to keep warm/cool. I feel like when presenting the apartment, management needs to try to do better at presenting all the facts, amenities, parking, details of living here, etc. I did ask them on a lot and for the most part everything was looked up and a answer was given to me withing 2 days. However the parking situation was very vague and the answers given weren't very reassuring. Its downtown and I don't want unnecessary tickets or worse my vehicle being towed. One big complaint is they will not allow me to have the key code on the exterior door as Id like to have it that way I can have my deliveries put inside the building and not the side of the street in downtown Wilson. But I was informed that it isn't given out because of "safety reasons" which doesn't really make sense to me because there is another two doors after that with locks on them. Overall the apartment is updated and comfortable. I cant say much on maintenance as I haven't needed it yet. I have talked to the guy though and he has been very helpful with information on the property.
