Highland Ridge

Very little noise. Only one noise complaint when the snow removal men used a loud leaf blower at 3:30 AM when we had a light dusting of snow. Put in a maintenance request when we first moved in to fix closet trim that was never responded to, but we fixed it on our own. Pricey, but seems an appropriate price for what is offered. Very nice place, nice neighborhood.

The building is getting older, no real updates being done. The hallway smells of wet dogs frequently. Residents getting more and more rude, and the property is becoming an off-leash dog park at times (no on-site manager to help out). People here let their off-leash dogs chase birds, squirrels, etc. They will let them bark consistently without any regard of their neighbors that have to listen to it (outside and inside). They also let their dogs jump on others without controlling them. The underground parking garage is really smelly with trash odor and chemicals too. The door to the trash room is always propped wide open to let that disgusting smell go in the parking area. A resident manager would help a great deal here.

My apartment complex (highland ridge) is clean, quiet and well maintained. The common areas are clean and upkept. The maintenance staff at my complex superb plus. The only problem I've encountered is with access for my internet provider to fix cables running through building. I had to switch to a less desired provider without fiber.

I love the unit, the inside parking, and storage is great. It is not luxury as the sign says. My tile was never laid properly, the grout continues to break up, my toilet is old and stains quickly, and my cabinets handles are falling off. You have a great maintenance staff, so I will submit an order. Your maintenance is really fantastic. My neighbors are loud above on weekends and days off. I have sent them them a note to not play video games after 10:30pm and to know that I hear everything above. Being in a studio, the stairs and TV is right above me bed and I hear everything. I will continue to wok with my neighbors if the sound is intolerable. I am a mental health counselor and work from my home on occasion. The noise can be disruptive and it is very important for me to get my sleep. (I use rain noise to help). I do love the apartment, and I need a space to decompress to self-regulate. I am thankful to live here. I love that you allow pets even though I do not have one. Brad
