Artisan Square

WE moved in in November and immediately had issues with maintenance and with our rent payments not going through. In addition, we are not pleased with the attitude of the manager or whatever her title is.

If you have any issues with your apartment that needs to be fixed, the maintenance staff is amazing. Within a day any issue we have had was fixed perfectly without hassle. Noise, for over the last year or more 3 of the 4 surrounding units have subwoofers and surround sound, its beyond frustrating when trying to get work done. You can't police it when it falls inside of the hours allowed by the city but just letting you know the walls are not thick enough to prevent that or garbage trucks at 6am. No amenities at all provided at this location, yet still charge $1500 for a two bedroom apartment which has dog fluids outside the door when you come home or leave, they try to put up stations but people do not care. Because of that when summer hits you have patches of dirt where grass should be and its not a pleasing entrance if you care about that. Outside of it being an OK location in Cottage Grove, this apartment does not provide much to justify the yearly increasing cost (now $1500), but it is a roof over your head and has a great staff/maintenance team.
