I lived here for about 5 years which is longer than most people who will write a review for this place. Overall I'd say it was a good experience. PROS: great amenities including pool, clubhouse (free coffee!), and a clean gym, appliances that all seemed newer and worked well, large apartment/bedroom spaces, convenient location off mill plain, fantastic maintenance staff. CONS: thin walls but I dont know which apartments nowadays dont have this..., noisy if you have an apartment by the pool as people will be out at night and can be loud, street noise from drag racing on 164th is apparent when living here (even at 1 am), car break ins but luckily it never happened to me, but i noticed it happened to several cars when I lived there, front office staff could be better with returning communication, FEES! If you move here it will be expensive to move out! I've never been charged so much to leave a place I cleaned, but there's MANDATORY fees I guess so just be aware...., ANTS! we had a few times where lots of ants were in the apartment and even though the pest control people sprayed the grounds it did not do a thing...Overall I would say it was a good place to stay but like all apartments your experience will heavily depend on who your neighbors are. It seemed like the longer I lived there the more communal it felt however. Less rowdy neighbors and more young families (doesnt mean they cant be loud too, they just might not be playing crazy loud bass music). Price is pretty high, but not much worse given the square footage than other apartments in the area.
