I have lived here in Fir Park Apartments for almost 4 years, and they have 4 different managers, and the first 3 ,I never had a problem with, because they had management experience, and know to communicate with the tenants, but on 12/28/23, this manager went nuts,and was very Irate ,load ,and disrespectful, he was very intimidating ,and unreasonable.
And ,I don't trust him to have access to my apartment.
I don't no if he will try and retaliate.
And , I hope the management will retrieve the video from the incident, that happen in the Landryroom at fir Park apartments on 12/28/23 at 9:15 pm.

I have lived in Fir Park for over 2 years now. In that time there have been at least 3 different managers as well as a couple of times where nobody specific was managing. I feel that the speed at which maintenance requests have been taken care of varies a bit depending on who was managing at the time.
The laundry room (nearest the office) has had issues the entire time I have lived here. Currently, last I checked, there are 2 of 3 dryers out of commission and one of the 3 washers.
Noise-wise the place is good! I rarely hear any neighbors except when they are walking to their cars.
There have been a few issues with my rent payments going through. Even though I have automatic payments set up, due to issues with staffing changes as well as technical issues I have had to contact management several times to find out why my rent still hasn't been taken out of my account up to as long as 8 days late. Not a huge deal as long as I am not being held at fault for the late payment, but it bothers me that I have to call and get the issue fixed so often.
Lastly, I was given warning emails about someone else using my parking spot to move a piece of furniture when I wasn't home. I guess they parked backwards for 45 minutes and for whatever reason being parked backwards is a big no-no. (Unclear on why that is, plus it wasn't related to me other than they used my spot)
Generally though I have been happy living here.

Lived here 3 years. VERY quiet. Friendly renters so far. Maintence is hard to get. On site managers are never employed long for some reason. Quality for price is worth it.
