Bella Vista

I'm not sure who the audience is supposed to be for this review. The staff here is clearly trying their absolute best with very limited resources, so none of the issues outlined here are their fault - the fault lies with the higher-level management/ownership of this property, who are clearly determined to put in zero money and get as much out of it as they can before this place is condemned, which is pretty shameful. The place smells, everywhere, outside, inside, no matter how much I clean. It's really beginning to affect my health. I've been waiting to receive a key to my outdoor space since I moved in nearly two months ago, one of my mail keys was cut wrong, the trash and recycling are both always overflowing and unsanitary, the electricity to my unit seems to not work properly so my stove doesn't heat up and I have to run the dryer for 4+ hours on a medium load for it to dry and it still smells damp and mildewy even after that. The walls are paper-thin, so I can hear all three neighbours talking/sneezing/etc. The only good thing about this place is the view. I have no idea why I am being prompted to write this review right now, I just logged into my maintenance portal to resubmit these requests as they have not yet been addressed. I will do everything I can to avoid breaking my lease, but I highly do not recommend living here.

Ever since the last manager left and a new company took over, it has been very difficult getting adequate feedback from the property team. I feel that there has been much confusion over transitioning to a new platform, parking issues increased, and work orders take longer.
