No end to the issues with this place. paid an arm a leg to get in an apartment: redecorating fee, deposit, pet deposit plus the standard application and processing fees. Dealt with constant issues with incredibly rude management. I moved out in June, it is now September. I provided my forwarding information, insured the unit was spotless, carpets were thoroughly shampooed, nail holes were filled and walls were touched up, Even replaced blinds on multiple windows because of a few bent slats. I haven’t recognize any correspondence whatsoever. No list of repairs of deductions as is required by law and not a dime of my deposit. No response to any of my emails. Now if I want to see any of the thousands of dollars I paid I am having to file a lawsuit and go to small claims. The loss of that money has significantly impacted my daughters and I as am a severely disabled veteran trying to survive on my VA benefits as a single mom.
This place is predatory, the apartments are poorly constructed and extremely drafty in the winter, we were never able to keep our unit warm even after installing heavy curtains in every room and my electric bill was through the roof. I get it, it’s a business, they exist to make money, but in all the years of renting I’ve never had a nastier experience.
