I moved into this apartment on May 1, 2026. By May 9, I had to stop sleeping there due to severe moisture issues that were present from day one. The problems: The floors were persistently damp and sticky from move-in. Within days, moisture damaged our personal property — mattress bottoms became wet with visible mold growth, papers on surfaces became damp, and our couch became sticky and unusable. I also developed a skin reaction from sleeping on the damp mattress. Our attempts to get help: We submitted multiple maintenance requests and emails starting May 10, made several phone calls, and were promised an inspection and callback on May 20. Neither happened. On May 20, we were told the lack of response was due to a staffing shortage. The result: No inspection. No repair. No meaningful response. We moved our belongings out by May 12 and are now pursuing resolution through small claims court. If you are considering this complex: Document everything. Get everything in writing. And be aware that maintenance requests may go unanswered for weeks with no explanation other than "staffing shortages." We had high hopes for this community. Unfortunately, basic habitability and communication were not provided.

When I moved in my rent was less than $900 a month. The first year we went up 30%. Today 10 years later it's over double. When I've asked why the response is it's the going rate. When I first moved in I didn't pay for parking now it's $25 a month to have a parking spot. Rent is going up again. Unfortunately wages don't go with it. Clearly this apartment complex doesn't want people renting from them.
