I love living here, but all of the pine trees are a little much. I can not enjoy my back yard due to the amount of pine cones everywhere. Then dealing with the traffic noise if I sit in my back yard. I understand you have no control with that. But the huge pine trees has caused me to have allergies now.

It's been great just wish that we had a full size refrigerator and not one that belongs in a studio apartment

The buildings are a little old, but maintenance does a good job of getting to issues quickly. My unit was renovated and looks very nice. It’s a really quiet place to live, though sometimes there isn’t much parking for visitors.

We really liked living here tell the landlord is letting 13 people including small kids live right next door to me and the noise is so bad, that we never get a moment of peace. I've let the landlord know but, no action taken and it's been 5 months of this. Thank God my lease is up in January!
