TRADITIONS AT FEDERAL WAY

I truly believe that I have found a home here. The staff is nice. The building is clean. Everything looks new so the maintenance is obviously important. We are centrally located in Federal Way in the heart of the Commons. The apartments are well maintained and everything was wonderful when I checked in. No issues. I come from living in a big house for many years so I do have two bedrooms. Have to have someplace to keep the other stuff. The staff is very nice and accommodating. Very helpful. I haven't seen any maintenance issues but I do see the maintenance guys hustling all the time. But above all that I've enjoyed meeting quite a few of my fellow residents. We have an interesting combination here but for the most part everybody is happy and greeting one another and helping one another. Lastly, the amenities. I was overly impressed with the various functional rooms they have here. There is a game room, a craft room, a workout room and much more. Also, in addition to the positive comments I made about my fellow residents, there's one section in the lobby which is considered a gathering point. Anytime of the day there'll be a number of residents in there enjoying each other's company. I guess you can tell I like where I live. Traditions is a great choice

I would like to say "thanks again" to the staff here at: Traditions at Federal Way... To management Ms. Debbie, & Ms. Valerie, they are very professional & respectful towards addressing any concerns or issues of the residents... also the maintenance and housekeeping departments do their best at the overall up keeping of the property. Because of the integrity that they all exercise; it makes Traditions at Federal Way a place to call home.
