My lease renewal can not come fast enough. I am ready to get out of here. People don't clean up after their dogs. I moved here to get away from domestic violence and I am surrounded by it here in the complex and that is very triggering for me. I didn't like going through summer with no AC and now I get to listen to a loose and shaking very loud furnace all winter. There is no stable, consistent manager on site. I paid for wifi as part of my rent and didn't have service for almost three months and was not reimbursed. One of the things important to me in choosing this location was locked gates and the gate has been broken for months. I am very dissatisfied with the false advertisement in the rental ad.

I pay 1044.00 a month for a tiny studio, which I have managed to make work. There was no A/C as advertised and my move in date was June. Its was HOT ! Had to go spend money on and A/C unit for my room. One on the drawers in the kitchen is a "fake" drawer, lol and space is of the essence. The gate to get into the parking lot has quite a few issues. I work at night, came home at midnight and the gate would not open so I had to find parking on the street. The WIFI that is included in the rent does not work, had to get my own set up there as well. To top it all off, I just received a letter telling me that when my lease is up the rent is going up $100 so I will own 1144.00 a month for a studio. I THOUGHT THIS WAS TO HELP PEOPLE WITH LOW INCOME. I will probably have to move out, to where, I dont know. These rooms were advertised at $899 originally. Its a place to live , out of the weather. Thank you Jesus for that.

Disappointed that there is no AC as advertised. Unhappy to have been charged for WIFI and it wasn't available for an extended period of time with no reimbursement. Residents are not cleaning up after their dogs. I still have not received a cable box. Police and drug activity. I am Disappointed to have signed a year lease.

the amenities, such as a/c and microwave that were advertised on the websiite rentcafe.com, are not in my room as i asumed they would be. Broken down vehicles and vehicles being serviced, more than just changing a tire or installing a battery, which are both against policy, but i could excuse. Heaps of concrete rubble @various locations near pool are and beyond... are they decorative statues now? Internet problems were most likely avoidable of the volume was anticipated. staff seems friendly
