Our location can't be beat. We're just up North Avenue from downtown Burlington, on the city bus route (7), and we enjoy easy access to the Burlington bike path.
Our community features special events for residents, children’s programs, beautifully landscaped green spaces with plentiful shade trees, two playgrounds, beach access, and a community hall for residents use. Many units feature private, fenced patio gardens. All units are clean and well maintained, and we recently upgraded all of our heating systems to new energy efficient systems.
