I have been here for 15 years. There have been, of course, issues during that time. However there are many worse places to live. It is close to the bypass and getting around town and to the interstate is a breeze. Noisy neighbors have been an issue here and there but I cant imagine a multi family residence, in the city, where that is not an issue now and then and a quick conversation pretty much resolved the issue. Maintenance has always been pretty quick to respond too. This is my experience before the new owners. I am trying to figure a way to make ends meet after the change in ownership and rent increase. My biggest problem with this complex is the water issues. The piping is old and constantly springing leaks. When I was working nearby at a restaurant the water filter gauge registered over 110psi regularly and feel that this is a problem here too, along with old quest pipes. No one has ever looked into that and every time there is a new leak there is a new piece of drywall that gets removed and not replaced properly. Therefore my hallway wall is a porous patchwork which doesn't stop next door odors in any way and they freely pass from unit to unit, floor to floor. Add that to the increased rent I don't feel that it is worth what they are charging but at this point I really have no choice. Hoping to find another place in a year.

Its small and old, but gets the job done. Could use an update and maybe a dishwasher install if possible. Need more space. Have twin boys apartment too small to manage.
