Formal Notice Regarding Security, Access Control, and Building Safety Concerns: Concerns regarding the building’s security infrastructure and related safety measures. The building’s security camera system is reportedly non-operational, despite the reasonable expectation and representation that surveillance coverage throughout the hallways, floors, and common areas provides an additional level of safety and security for residents. The current condition creates a misleading perception of protection and may give residents and prospective residents a false sense of security. Personally recommended to reside at this property, expressed confidence and excitement about moving in based on the belief that the building’s security measures, including functioning cameras throughout the property, were active and operational. Learning systems not functioning undermines that expectation and raises legitimate concerns regarding resident safety, property protection, and transparency. Front desk/concierge presence is maintained; current access control procedures appear insufficient. EX: delivery personnel, including food delivery services, are able to access the building without consistently obtaining prior authorization or verification through the concierge. This creates a potential vulnerability in the building’s access management process and diminishes the effectiveness of existing security protocols. The air conditioner is not working right, no cool most days during the week in hallways. Please send a notice update! Violations of the building’s non-smoking policy. Despite the property being designated as a non-smoking community, residents continue to report the presence of smoke associated with legalized substances. While I recognize that leasing office personnel have made efforts to address the issue through resident notifications and reminders, the inability to identify and resolve the source of these violations leaves residents impacted and raises concerns.

I used Bilt for paying rent. There was an online error twice on the same day. Property Management locked my entire online access as punishment and asked me to send certified checks ($10 each) through the mail every month. They have an internal policy not included in the lease that they use to rip away the online payment portal on a whim. I will not be renewing my lease. Good location though, I'll miss being on top of the Metro.
