Round Hill Meadows II

The management here is reasonable, understanding, helpful, and kind. Maintenance will get the job done but may or may not have an attitude. The apartments have high ceilings, spacious rooms, day/sun nooks, and fireplace. The location is pretty nice and accessible to the majority of the city. The neighborhood is safe. I thought the pricing was fair or even a little on the high side, especially on the "market-side". The neighbors are a mix, but the majority are respectful. However, there are kids that will hang out in the hallways, noisy/inconsiderate neighbors that will blare music or TV late at night or have kids or dogs running around the house at unreasonable hours above you, and MANY of the dog owners will let their dog defecate near the entrances and refuse to pick up the poop as they are supposed to, making it smell coming into your apartment on a hot day or even find yourself steeping in some in the parking lot or sidewalks; management is WAY to LAXED regarding this policy. The "gym" has outdated equipment with only a few machines and a TV that rarely works with a lack of variety of channels but is usually vacant. There is usually plenty of parking but maybe a little more congested during the weekends. They have strict rules regarding parking; guests can be towed away after certain hours unless they have a pass or parked out on the main street. I had my car towed even though I had a current resident sticker and resulted me "fighting" to get my car back, had to take the day off of work, and had to get an alignment done afterwards to only receive an apology. There are some issues here, but I think overall that it served its purpose and I don't regret staying.
