The maintenance person that works here is amazing. Anytime you need something fixed or need something done. He is here within a day or two sometimes the same day he’s very friendly and Polite in the manager is very friendly caring and whenever you have a problem or an issue, she is on top of it

I love living here. It's a beautiful apartment with nice amenities. And Rachel and Rodney are the best. Rachel is professional and friendly. Rodney is like superman. I see him at 7am already at it. He keeps it so clean and he's super nice too. My only complaint is upstairs neighbors that are not respectful. I get you have kids but keep in mind we don't like hearing them for hours on end. Take them out to play and release some energy. Don't allow them to disrespect people under you. It's common courtesy. That is my only compliant and that's not on the apartment people that's on the parents that allow it. It's a nice beautiful place!

I'm really happy with most aspects (I'm a relatively new resident). The neighborhood is quiet, the building is beautiful, and the amenities are well maintained. The property manager, Rachel, and maintenance supervisor, Rodney, are really great. The only negatives I've notice so far are the noise and parking. Rachel warned me during my initial tour that I'd likely hear my neighbors. She was correct. Now, my neighbors are not loud by any means, but I can hear my bedroom wall neighbor snoring. That seems unusual, especially given how well the floors are insulated otherwise. Now parking. There are a lot of available parking spots, but artena contracts a tow company and they are quick to tow if you don't have a resident or visitor pass, despite the abundance of spots. And the only tow notices are tiny signs at the front of the complex, about a block away. It's especially weird to me, given it's a shared parking lot with the next door daycare. Overall, I recommend living here. It's worth the price, especially compared to other Manassas properties.
