Poland Hill Senior Apartments

Poland Hill Senior Apartments pet policy is outlined below.  No more than (2) two pets per apartment are allowed. A Pet Addendum must be completed for every apartment with a pet, regardless of the circumstances, and signed by both the residents and the management team. Pet deposits are $150 per pet and a monthly pet rent of $15 is required (fees are not required for assistance/service animals). Each animal must not exceed 25 lbs. in weight. No aggressive breeds are permitted - Please refer to the list below. No deviations from this list can be made. Prohibited breeds include, but are not limited to: Rottweiler Pitbull Doberman Pinscher Chow Chow German Shepherd Affenpinscher American Bulldog American Pit Bull Terrier American Staffordshire Terrier Staffordshire Bull Terrier Akita Austrian Short Haired Pinscher Carlin Pinscher German Pinscher Harlequin Pinscher Swiss Short Haired Pinscher Unauthorized pets are considered a violation of the resident’s lease agreement. Residents are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Failure to clean up pet waste is a violation of the resident’s lease agreement and may result in a $25 fine per occurrence. Assistance/Service animals may be restricted breeds and/or other types of animals approved by the ADA (i.e. miniature horses, dogs, etc.) and verified through Fitch Irick Management’s process.
