Windsor Hills

Overly complicated where each tenant needs to manually put in their share for EVERY minor fee. Would be much better if each tenant has the option to view the total of everything and decide it that way.

I have lived at Windsor Hill for approximately 8 months. The move to this complex was on short notice, and the staff at Windsor were very accommodating to our circumstance. Our apartment required a bit of work/cleaning upon arrival, but has quickly turned into a fantastic space. The community is also exactly what we would prefer, quiet and respectful. Our patio area overlooks a small grass area that is often busy with wildlife, which would likely be my favorite part of our apartment. If someone was looking for a quiet place to stay for a reasonable price I would recommend Windsor Hills.

I really enjoyed spending my last year in college at this apartment complex. It was affordable, always kept up, easy to access, had bus transportation to and from campus, and an amazing, on-point maintenance team.

I'm very disappointed in the hours of the pool. I understand that having a pool is a cost (surely that is covered in the rentals many times over) but the hours of the pool being 9 -6pm on weekdays 11-6 on a Sunday and only 12 - 4 on a Saturday are not conducive to a 9-5'er to enjoy the amenity that's partially funded by the rent of the apartment. The pool hours posted down at the pool still say the old hours of 9 -9 which is a lot more fair. There were many gorgeous days that it would have been nice to go to the pool for a few hours after work, but with the staff closing the pool early and the actual hours themselves combined with the unpredictable weather here in the mountains, all of those moving parts and pieces have meant that since moving in on July 15th TODAY august 20th was the first time I was able to use the pool and for a mere 4 hours to boot. Please let me know if anything can be done prior to the pool closing after Labor Day or if something can be done in advance of next summer. Had I known the pool hours before hand I probably would have gone with another property, and may not renew for next year as when there are amenities I expect to be able to use them. I'm sure I am not the first person to inquire about this, I met a couple who had just moved in yesterday and came at 3pm to enjoy the pool until sunset only to find out that they had to leave in 30 mins. These hours are far from the normal expectations of an apartment complex and exceedingly far from ideal.
