In what universe is $1800 a month fair value for a 300 square foot apartment, and then having to pay for parking, and then having to pay for laundry, $5 a load, which is ludicrous, and having an old HVAC unit take up some of the space, and water pipes breaking seemingly daily. Absolutely not worth the price. It would be fine enough for a few hundred bucks less, but this is absurd.

I have lived here for nearly three years. It gets the job done, but the value for money is poor. They don't turn on the AC until May, which is way too late for this area. They always talk about how it's a 2-pipe system, and only heat OR AC can be on, not both, but that doesn't explain WHY we have to bake until mid-May. The shared laundry is a ripoff: only 45 minutes in the dryer for $2.25. It is pretty loud outside due to being on a main road, but that's not their fault. Pipes are breaking on a seemingly daily basis, which results in water being shut off for the whole building; why aren't there valves for each tier? There is an AC unit in my apartment that doesn't work but is attached to the wall and just sits there and takes up space. Despite all this, rent keeps increasing, and will only continue to do so with the hospital being built.

I have been living at this property for close to a year now. It's great for the rent price, the property management staff are nice and approachable. Maintenance issues are addressed promptly. The only problem is the noise. Because the property is right next to a main street, the traffic can be really loud.
