University Village is unique in that everyones door faces a main courtyard which lends itself to a very friendly social environment. This is a good place to live if you want to make new friends. Every time i leave or come home im waving to new neighbors ive met, And EVERYTHING you can inagine is within walking distance so you dont even need a car. Ive spent a combined total of ten years living here and its by far my favorite place ive lived. Most of all, the staff make it a great place to live. They’ve all become good friends too. Jeremy Taylor, Roy and Beto are all very personable, easy going, fair and very workable. They make it a great place to live. Im sad to leave.

University Village is by far the best valued apartments in Utah County. If you’re social and you like getting to know your neighbors, (and if you like a close-knit, home-like atmosphere) this is a great apartment community. There are 85 apartments that all face each other with a beautiful courtyard, BBQ, pool and hot tub right in the center. Every possible store, park and restaurant you could imagine is within walking distance and a free public bus system to take you even further if you need. Beautiful mountain and temple views. For 8 months you can leave all your windows open and a gentle breeze flows right through your apartment all day. The world’s largest continuous display of stained glass is a 6 minute walk away. Its an older building so its not perfect but their management and their maintenance team make up for that in spades. I’ve lost count of the number of times they’ve gone out of their way for me (including helping me carry my sick 110 pound Black Labrador, Mowglie up and down a flight of stairs on a half dozen occasions, checking in on me after a surgery, saving old project mirrors for me, and even walking Mowglie for me when i couldn’t get down the stairs one day). Terrific people with a heart. Almost every maintenance call is handled quickly and with a smile. It took them only 54 minutes from the time I sent in a request to have a brand new garbage disposal installed last month. Numerous tenants (including myself) have been here more than five years. This is a very nice, peaceful, family-type, beautiful, happy place to live. Every age group is well represented from lots of newborn babies to Senior Citizens. Theres even a dozen very friendly dogs and cats that live here. Highly recommended. The ONLY complaint I have is the occasional noise from the occasional motor head racing that occurs on Sandhill Rd. Maybe a Noise Ordinance sign would fix the problem.
