Pool has not worked in over two years. Maintenance request never get completed even after repeatedly asking. They do not spray for pest control.

It is a nice quiet apartment complex, recently changed hands so they are building back up to full functionality but they are making progress......wish rent could be lower but thats everywhere lol.
