For the past six years my air conditioning has been breaking on and off maintenance would come vacuum the water heater it would break again the next week I have an extended amount of proof of work orders Retha who took over for manager last year has ignored any issues I’ve had in the apartments and left our air conditioner broken many weekends last summer I also have proof as well I believe should be compensated for last year’s hardship for them not fixing my air conditioning until September of last year it was their form of using it against me due to the fact I sued them for negligence because the sprinkler vou lid was old and needed to be replaced they didn’t do inspection and I ended up with a sprained ankle they treated me like it was my fault refused to give me a copy of the incident report and I had originally went up to the office to get the report they agreed upon Retha claimed I just wanted to see you she treated me as if I was lying her first week here I was trying to pay my rent at the office I was in my pajamas and she didn’t want to touch the money order she just told me to put it on the desk and she scooted it with a pencil towards her this happened I believe in march of last year she then told me I could pay online because they were trying to prevent people from coming into this office this occurred after she was talking to a couple about a apartment and they left.She refuses to let me talk to maintenance she screamed at me today 07/22/2024 1pm because i approached the maintenance person getting out of his car because I’ve had cold water for four days.We pay for a gated community gate has been open for over two years neighbors have sent me harassing text messages and they also keep stray dogs brag about it to other residents and I paid 600 dollars when I moved in just for a pet deposit which i know they don’t but the neighbors have strays they dont pay a deposit for
