I have lived in this community for nearly six years, and overall, it has been a positive experience. The property is well maintained, the location is convenient with one entrance and two exits, and communication about community matters has been consistent. Maintenance requests are usually resolved within 24–48 hours, which I appreciate. Having Juan here since I first moved in has also been a major plus, as he takes ownership of issues, communicates well, and genuinely works to resolve concerns.
Living on the first floor offers many conveniences; however, it can also come with challenges, such as noise from neighbors above. This is something I occasionally mention when people ask about the community, as it affects the living experience.
Since moving into Apartment 218 last February, I have had an ongoing issue with excessive noise from the AC unit directly behind my bedroom wall. I did not experience this problem when I lived in Apartment 2214. The constant humming and intermittent knocking are extremely disruptive, especially at night, and the noise becomes much louder during the spring and summer. At times, I can clearly hear the unit from my living room when the bedroom door is open, making it difficult to fully relax and enjoy my home.
I have noticed other AC units on the property are not as loud, which suggests there may be a specific issue with this unit. While the noise sometimes improves after being reported, it often returns. As my lease renewal approaches, this remains the primary factor influencing my decision. I would greatly appreciate a thorough inspection and permanent resolution so I can continue living here comfortably.
