Slate Creek at Westover Hills

Couldn’t have made a better choice going with Slate Creek to get my first apartment. Nothing but a safe place with welcoming and very friendly staff as well as maintenance and cleaning services that are amazing. Wether you are looking for your first apartment, becoming new parents or even moving from another state as I have, Slate Creek is one of, if not the best community in Westover Hills that comes with all the bells and whistles you could ever ask for. A gym, 2 pools, clubhouse, dog park, trails, and its also near, but at a very safe distance, a golf club/ resort. The fact that its so close to HEB, gas stations, restaurants and even Seaworld are some of the reasons why the location is amazing considering they are all less than 5 miles away (under 10 minutes). You couldn’t choose a more affordable home for everything this community includes. It’s a friendly, safe, pet welcoming, clean, quiet and unbelievably fair priced residence that has many activities. And one of my favorite things about being a resident includes the fact that the clubhouse/office staff keep all their residents up to date when it comes to holiday activities for all residents to be apart of, fun and friendly competitions, guidelines and reminders. the complex is average, no major complaints. it is clean and the employees are kind. occasionally we have events which are nice but not so much in the past 3 months at the time of this writing. no bug issues and rarely any noisy neighbors. sometimes the gate glitches out and won't work and there is raccoons by the trash cans near the office late at night.
