I like the location. Its a quick commute to my job and the riverwalk path is in my backyard.
I toured this place twice and was impressed initially. The quality control of the unit in regards to the inspection was disappointing. There are disgusting dribble stains on the flooring next to the toilet. There’s missing caulk in the shower.
There’s (makeup remover?) stains on the bathroom countertop.
The USB charger in the bedroom doesn’t work. The molding in the kitchen looks like a dog chewed on it or a pet’s urine caused swelling. It appears that it was merely covered with paint.
The cabinets in the bathroom and the kitchen are warped and do not shut. The freezer does not fully open, as it’s pushed too close to the wall.
The insulation of sound and temperature are not so great. There is a strong draft by the balkony door and I can hear music and yelling from the pool and constant noise from the highway. Who designed this place?
I have been charged a monthly $65 “Community fee”. For what? This is absurd and deceptive; which, was never discussed prior to signing a lease. Its nice that there is a very small 24 hour gym; grills and a pool; however, I found it misleading not mention this upfront.
