Callaghan Heights is a pet-friendly community that allows both cats and dogs. There is a 2 pet maximum per household and a one-time pet fee of $400 per pet. Pet rent is $25 per pet per month. There is also a $300 non-refundable pet deposit required per pet. There is a 35 lb weight limit per pet, and breed restrictions apply. We do not allow aggressive breeds and/or breeds such as German Shepherd, Cane Corso, American Pit Bull Terrier, Husky, Doberman, Mastiff, Great Dane, Rottweiler, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Bulldog, Wolf Hybrids, Saint Bernard, Chow-Chow, and Akita. The list of Restricted Breeds is subject to change at any time. No Exotic animals are allowed.

Callaghan Heights is a pet-friendly community that allows both cats and dogs. There is a 2 pet maximum per household and a one-time pet fee of $400 per pet. Pet rent is $25 per pet per month. There is also a $300 non-refundable pet deposit required per pet. There is a 35 lb weight limit per pet, and breed restrictions apply.
