I love living here because it feels like family, except for the front office. The property is well-managed, but I believe it's due to someone behind the scenes rather than the front office staff. They seem cold and bothered whenever I walk into their office or ask for something. I've heard "That's not my job" from them three out of the four times I've been there, leading me to think they're not the ones making the property run efficiently. I try to avoid the two ladies, as they seem to feel superior. Other residents I've spoken to share this sentiment.
On the other hand, the maintenance team is incredibly efficient. They respond to repair requests within 24 hours, often within a couple of hours, and they complete their work quickly and quietly. The grounds are always clean, though residents need to pick up after their dogs. Additionally, the volleyball courts, which have turned into a giant litter box, need attention. I saw a resident spend two hours cleaning them out. We use those courts a lot, so it's important they remain clean.
Overall, I'm extremely happy here and have a suggestion. The events with food trucks and breakfast are great. How about a once-a-month yard sale? Residents could sell items from their garages or the picnic area, making it easier than carrying them off the property. This would be helpful for those looking to buy or dispose of items like furniture or pet supplies. Also, having 2-3 more guest parking spots would be beneficial. While I appreciate the lack of non-residents, it's challenging for my family to visit due to the limited parking and the distance they have to walk to my apartment. Thank you for listening.
