Im not sure about the other buildings but when I toured the ‘model apartment’ in Phase 1 i believe, i had higher expectations, and when i came to move in and was given keys to my phase 3 apartment, i was disappointed to say the least. Pieces of fhe microwave were not sturdy, the dryer wasnt working, the curtains weren’t easily sliding open - granted maintenance was always responsive, but why am i putting in maintenance requests on my first day? I was disappointed to say the least, and I couldnt find it in me to renew the lease. If you really care, take some time to renovate the apartments in Phase 3 before people move in, i dont think they used quality materials to build them, at least not the same ones that were used in Phase 1 building, and if you’re not able to do so, then maybe dont slap on the “luxury” name on your property if you arent putting in the work to make them look that way. Thanks.
