The floor between units seems to fully lack insulation. I can hear my upstairs neighbors flip on a light switch, set a glass down on the kitchen counter, i can hear their meal prepping when they use mechanical tools like a food processor, I can hear their music(and its not even unreasonably loud), i can hear the caster wheels turning when they open and close drawers in their kitchen and master bedroom. Every time they get in or out of bed i can hear it. On or off the couch. Now think of what a footsteps sounds like. Now think of what it sounds like when theyre heavy footed, when they outright stomp when they walk(imagine this with frantic pacing, now imagine that 24 hours a day), or when theyre doing something and they casually stomp in place(random and single stomps while cooking for example), now imagine them dropping stuff(metal pans/clearly audible cookie sheet hitting the floor), now imagine them hitting the floor on purpose with ? a chair ? some sort of heavy object? Now imagine its 10 pm and youre in bed finally falling asleep and you hear what can only be described as a human body, forcefully hitting the floor coupled with a medley of stomps and running. Now imagine that reoccurring. Imagine emailing staff repeatedly, begging for help and being met with complete indifference and dismissal- gaslighting even. Imagine following the steps on the paper for after hours courtesy line and the print was wrong and you were leaving voicemails at the wrong location and nobody ever bothered to answer a single voicemail and send you in the right direction. Now imagine posting an anonymous review online sharing whats been happening and somebody(you only ever corresponded with one person) recognized the testimony associating it with you specifically and calls you by first and last name publicly on your anonymous review and claims you sound schizophrenic; did i mention, publicly on an anonymous review? Its been two months. I can still hear everything. "Normal living sounds"
