Like a couple other recent reviews, my experience was also that the staff gave me incorrect information at application. I clearly explained the couple of things I needed- that I had not rented an apartment in 23 years and they verbally answered my key question. I made my decision based on their one verbal answer. They admitted their mistake but, like other reviews stated, mgmt refused to take any accountability.*** Likewise, they also told me "no worries" in WRITING when it was the agreed upon time for me to move out. But then after the fact (I had a zero balance after I moved out), they Passive Aggressively sent my account (after deleting my account online) to corporate collections in VA who emailed me a three page itemized bill for well over a THOUSAND dollars. Mgmt does Not Care. I left the apartment the same as before I stayed there, Never used any of the amenities, couldn't get consistent WIFI for work (one or two bars) and could Never get a parking spot within two bldgs if I came home past about 9pm!! There were plenty of barely "covered" parking spots available for a required $30 bucks a month!! Approx $400 a year!! They continued to nickel and dime you for Required Services you did Not use, like "Valet Trash" was ~$35 a month and my trash was never picked up. Just the Valet Trash required fee is over $400 a year!!! And I walked further from my parked car then it took me to walk to the dumpsters directly in front of most apartments in this small complex!!! A periodic "free hot dog" or icee was offered....not exactly commensurate with hundreds of dollars of fees! This $5 service fee and That $5 service fee.....seriously, you had to give them access to your bank account to avoid the additional recurring $5 fee (or a percentage based fee) to pay for anything!! Bottom line, don't keep their word and won't take accountability and will 100% blame it all on the renter. Nightmare.
