Our community amenities include beautiful views, off-street parking, a picnic area, and a fun playground. Our apartments may offer rental assistance and Section 8 Vouchers are accepted. The building is funded by Rural Development, rent is based off 30% of gross income. For those who are 62 or over, handicapped or disabled, medical expenses can be used in determining rent.
