I have resided in this apartment for 2 1/2 years. It is nestled in quiet area of a community with controlled access to the building that is impeccably maintained. Maintenance requests are treated with respect and delivered with a priority to restore its value. The quality finishes within each unit is not often found in rental properties. My ability to enjoy the quiet comfort of my home is held in high regard by the Management staff and as a single woman I live without fear and in complete comfort.

I have resided in the apartment community for 2 1/2 years and chose this community because of the size which is small in comparison to the properties near here. Snow removal is a disgrace. They do not keep the handicap parking cleared which is unfortunate if you consider the disadvantage facing those that park in that space to begin with, They do not clear in between vehicles, or clear it to the concrete to avoid injury. They do not require better from the contractor that they have chosen. I often have witnessed the manager clearing and distributing ice melt at the entrances, a true disgrace since you have a hired contractor. The pool is not maintained with proper chemicals, I have tested the water and chosen not to indulge as a result of the chemical tests. And the grounds keeping is lacking as well, we often have large weeds growing up through the landscaping that goes UNADDRESSED all summer long, the trees are not trimmed, and parking lot is not swept so the debris that is transferred into the building is 100% avoidable if they properly maintained the outside premise.

I have lived here two years. The management has improved greatly in that time. The gathering room and pool are very nice. It would be great if the pool had ventilation. Overall, it's been a nice place to live.
