I really enjoy living the tiny home community. For the most part, everyone is very friendly and helpful. I love the staff. The walking trail is wonderful! I use it often. My experience is that it takes time for work request to be completed and follow-up could be improved. Sad to see so many trees cut down, especially behind the new community center. Hopefully, there were be a few more planted. Looking forward to the community center opening to enjoy the workout room and a place to gather, along with other amenities for the community. I like the old horse barn, which provides some historic character. I understand it is going to be replaced with more homes. Wondering if there could be another use for that partial of land, like a playground, basketball court, or tennis courts to make it more inviting for younger families and/or visiting grandchildren.
Overall, as a retired implant from Michigan, I think it is a great place to live and I am very grateful for the community and the affordability.

I moved into the community after a difficult time in my personal life. Residents/neighbors are very kind and private. The property management team is caring and compassionate when I need it the most.

We have lived here for a little over three years and we love it. The neighborhood is great and if we've ever had an issue with maintenance or anything for that matter it has always been taken care of very quickly. It is a peaceful was of living.
