Vinings at Carolina Bays

I have lived here in building 11 for 6 long years. The landscapers have forgotten us. There is an old doormat that has been in the grass out back for at least 4 years. It is almost disintegrated. We were told we would finally get the building power washed after 2 years. The front was done, back and sides, not so much. The irrigation nozzle by the east side of the building has been broken for a long time. At 6 a.m. daily, water shoots straight up in the air for 5 full minutes, leading to a flooded area and a mud puddle. No grass grows in a pretty large area. We don't get flowering trees out front. We get dead stumps. That being said, the rooms and closets are spacious and the windows let in very generous amounts of light.
