I have been living here since 2018 and I like it here recently the rents have increased a lot and people are moving because of it; however, I fill this is a good place if the rents are going to increase then they need to upgrade the apartments. Before no one really explained things to us when changes came about our new manager she is really good Mrs. Baker you can tell that she doesn't come to work for a pay check she actually enjoy what she does and she help the residence understand, she is not mean to us when we don't understand she actually explains things and help us get a clear understanding I really like her, she means business but she also have patience with people and she is a great teacher. She did a whole presentation on rent cafe getting everyone set up and helping them understand how to use it and navigate through and it was really helpful she didn't just say figure it out like past managers have done. If it wasn't for the rent prices going up, I believe that more people would stay.

My experience has been good. But can be better. Never had no problems with no one. But this rent increase is just absurd ridiculous. Because the up keeping or the valuve i shall say of the apartment is not worth it. I been living here since the beginning. I was told new carpet and repaint will be done. Never happened. I raise my kids here. Remodeling is a must. Last nightThe value of my home shoule match the rent. Its called pay your worth. I deserve more. If not i will go get my worth. Thank you

I have lived here for about 6 years, and it has been pretty good so far not the best management over the years until recently. Mrs. Baker has been great she actually cares about the community, and she has been easy to talk to. She does not treat the residents like they don't matter. She actually explains things to us so we can understand, great customer service. The rent change is an issue the rents have gone up pretty high and there are not any changes to the apartments. Like carpet, paint, etc. Rents going up to 1033 and no changes or upgrades is crazy.

So far so good. Just an annoying neighbor stomping every day. Other than that I am thankful.
