I've lived here 5.5 years. There is no insulation so you can hear people next to you and below you (I'm on the 2nd floor) , you can hear people having sex, their conversations, tv, music - a huge negative to this place. I thought I'd use the amenities but rarely do so not worth the extra money I pay in rent. Pool is 3 feet deep and probably full of kids' urine. Gym is decent and rarely crowded so has what you need and I wish I had the motivation to go often as it's very convenient. If you like playing pool, game room is nice. I've never been into movie room. Units aren't updated, black appliances, laminate flooring, cheap carpets, cheap countertops, etc. My unit has alot of space, two bedroom, two full bath but I live alone so for a couple or a family, definitely not enough storage space. No designated parking spaces which can be annoying but doesn't bother me. I feel safe here. Maintenance requests, even urgent ones, are not addressed fast enough. I had a water explosion from my kitchen sink and it took someone two hours to arrive and by that time, the apartment below me had water damage, as did my kitchen. Maintenance staff is friendly yet lots of turnover which is too bad. Mgmt in office has an attitude often which is unpleasant. I don't think it's worth the money they charge. I owned a house in Blackstone, MA prior to moving here in Dec 2020 and my mortgage was $500 less than my rent and it was a 2000 sq ft home with a two car garage in a nice neighborhood. This place is not worth the money!
