We have been here 3 years and we feel fortunate to have gotten in. The property is attractive, comfortable and well maintained. The staff, office and maintenance, is pleasant and responsive. We are happy and would recommend this place without reservation..

Very happy at Chateau

I've been living at Chateau almost a year - very comfortable, very quiet, great location.

Great space and value, but rude and less than helpful staff.

Great room sizes Good location.. Rugs on stairs are ripped, shredding, missing plastic strips on edges and dangerous to walk on. A neighbor fell because of it. Some staff{ a woman} was disrespectful and down right rude. There is ALWAYS an excuse for why they take months to fulfill a maintenance request. Very disappointing in that respect .I would recommend most things, but maintenance is VERY important. It is also embarrassing for guests to see poorly cared for property. I think too much money is spent on gardening and painting lines in the parking lot and not enough attention to perhaps hiring more maintenance people.
