The maintenance staff here is great. But thats the only good thing about living here. Its loud between the highway and the building walls being so thin. You can hear conversations through the walls. If your upstairs neighbor moves, you can hear their every step. All of the noise makes it hard to sleep. Not even my ear plugs cancel it. The police are no strangers to here because quite a few people dont know how to behave and rules arent enforced. The walk to wegmans is nice once you get out of the apartment complex because the grass is littered with garbage, cigarette ends, chewing tobacco packets, and dog poop. Theres so much dog poop that the staff sends out email blasts reminding everyone to pick up after their dog. Dogs are always off leash here even though theres a fenced in dog park. The off leash dogs running free are scary enough but mixing them with the cars that speed through the parking lot and ignore the stop signs is a disaster waiting to happen. If you dont get hit in the parking lot, the rent increases will surely take you out. A 25% increase to resign for a year or nearly double your rent if you want to sign month to month. When you bring up any of these issues to the staff, the 3 women in the office dont hesistate to meet you with an attitude and find a way to ignore you. Theres also barely any parking. If you work a traditional 9-5, if you dont make it home by 6, good luck finding a space.
