Good location to downtown State College. Shopping near buy. Poor insulation to cut down on noise.

I am in my third year at this location. Convenient to shopping, downtown State College, I 99. Enjoy the quiet outside environment. Parking is not a major issue but could be improved. Would like to see one/two parking space assigned to each apartment. Maintenace has always been supportive and have addressed problems in a timely manner. Scheduled routine maintenance for heating/ac, dishwasher, and dryer. Noise is my only major complaint. Apartments are poorly insulated and no sound proofing. I have family of 5 living above me and have delt with mainly walking/running at all times of day and throughout the evening depending on time of year. I would support year-round school, less noise.
