Pets are not permitted in any common areas, with the exception of the Dog Spa. Residents are allowed to have up to 2 domestic animals in their homes. Pets are allowed with advanced written authorization in your lease and registered with the Leasing Office. The Battery also has certain breed restrictions acceptable for the community, stated on the Lease Document and below. There is a refundable pet deposit of $500 per pet and a monthly pet rent of $75 per pet. Restricted Breeds: • American or English Staffordshire Terriers (or any mix of Staffordshire Terriers) • Pit Bulls (or any mix of Pit Bull) Dogs, cats, and pets of any type are not allowed to wander corridors or common areas. Pets are not allowed unattended in communal spaces. Please respect your fellow residents when it concerns pet noises. Please help keep our community clean. It is required that all pet owners pick up any dog deposits on the grounds of the community and within the pet retreat. We would also suggest you carry a washable cloth and extra doggy bags every time you walk your dog in case of unexpected cleanups and accidents.
