Tour the place was fast and easy especially if you can't see the property in person. Parking is easy with plenty of space, but we pay for a spot to be able to keep an eye on our car due to multiple break ins that happen on our street. The amenities are a gate and intercom. Maintenance team is quick to solve issues. The location is okay but not ideal, 13-20min walk to bigger grocery stores or you could take the bus. The park across the street is nice to have aside from the cycles of trash, people sleeping there, and lack of any kind of lighting at night. The noise level is okay as well. The garbage sometimes gets picked up at 4-6am in the morning and there's a loud bang or booming noise that happens every few nights around 3:30-4am, and the construction has been a bit annoying but that's negligable. Overall, been pretty happy here, only things I wish were better generally have to deal with the area or I guess the city itself. Also you packages WILL get stolen here all the time because delivery drivers do not listen to delivery instructions 100% of the time. As for the apartment inside we have loved it very much. The private rooftop is great and the overall layout is spacious yet cozy.

Moving in was very quick and easy. The quality of work is lacking, walls seem to only have primer, disposal installed incorrectly, missing screens, water heater wasn't working, tub drain didn't shut, rooftop door missing door sealers. But gradually everything except the paint got fixed. Overall, the cost for it was worth it. Would be nice if their lights out front would be on at night to make it feel safer.
