Cold Springs

I have had incidents with maintenance doing a proper job I needed a new seat for toilet took four trips was told there was nothing wrong with it when replaced I told them it moved when I sat on it, I was made to feel like they were calling me a liar. When the woman came in on 3rd visit told me it didn't move, I told her to sit on it, and she said it does move. I told her the seat was flush on one side and overlapping on the other, was told they don't make seats to fit these commodes anymore. There was leakage at seal Joel put a wax ring in he didn't tighten the toilet down the whole thing moved, then another man redid the seal tightened the toilet, complained about the noisy bath fan they looked at it a few times it died this month and Joel replaced the motor but it is still annoyingly loud. I noticed a lot of crud when he had the cover off the fan. The sensor light in laundry rm was not working it was going off when loading & unloading machines I saw Joel going into apt 35 and told him it still didn't work he waved his hand over the plate to turn it on like I am going to leave the machine in the dark to go to the wall. to wave my hand, I put in request I don't know who finally fixed it right. Most of office help are nice.
