Todo esta cerca lo único malo que están haciendo modificaciones en los apartamentos cosas como la tina del baño estaba mejor antes que le hicieran los cambios al igual la cerradura de las puertas no tiene sentido que cambiaran la cerradura antes estaba más seguro porque se podía echar llave abajo y arriba y ahora solo funciona la parte de arriba

I have lived here for over a decade. The new owners have done extensive renovations to the exterior property and some to the common interior property, starting around summer of 2024. Therefore, the rent has increased with our now paying for trash removal. Parking is unassigned unless you pay a monthly fee for the limited reserved spots. The walls are very thin so you hear a lot of noise of people entering and leaving. Especially during the day when my building's neighbors don't close doors quietly. Like anywhere you live good neighbors are a blessing and bad ones make it difficult for the good ones. I feel that some the newer tenants in my building aren't always neighborly. The older ones like myself are respectful and care much more about the property and how they live in this community. People dumping their trash outside the dumpster of my particular building is also an issue. Some people just don't respect and value where they live or care about anyone other than themselves. It's so sad because what one person does effects everyone around them. Overall, things are looking up with the new ownership/management.
