Dewberry Station

I've lived here since February 2026. The location is excellent (downtown Harrisburg). It's approx. two blocks from the Amtrak train station, but I don't hear the train (perhaps because the window is usually closed and the airconditioner or heater on). I've only had one maintenance issue since I moved here, and building maintenance fixed it promptly (thank you). One other issue I had was an Amazon package being stolen, and that has not happened since (Amazon seems to have started calling the building control center to buzz them in to deliver packages, instead of leaving the packages on the street outside the building's front door). For parking, it is necessary to pay a monthly fee to a third party to get a parking spot (which I do). There is no screen on the window (and there ought to be). The entire building switches over from heating to cooling and vice versa, and it can be turned off or on from inside the apartment, but the air that comes out is one or the other depending on what the building is currently set to, and there is no option for just "fan" (this is probably why the apartment came with a portable heater; if the building is set to cooling and it's cold, there is no warm air and no fan (only cold air), and that needs to be turned on for there to be any air circulation in the apt at all - unless the window is open, but there's no screen on the window). The rent is reasonable ($793 per month, including utilities).
