Moved here in 2022 from NJ, lived in a 1 bed right by the pool. Apartment was nice enough but the windows are THIN people would be talking or screaming at the pool and it felt like they were right outside. After that moved to a 2 Bed on the 4th floor - next to the 4th floor lounge. Worst mistake, people would be blasting music or screaming at all hours of the night even on weekdays with hookah set ups inside. Called security they said they didn't deal with noise complaints and to call the police. The first time this happened they didn't come, I don't blame them they have better things to do. The next time they did come and they asked me what the purpose of the 'security' at the building was for? I asked myself the same question. The fact that you can hear all the street noise from the 4th floor is unacceptable, very cheaply built. Then we were going to move to a larger 2 bedroom and put a deposit down but after all the negative experiences we decided to just move out of this company's buildings. Gave ample time to tell them and they said they would not be returning our security deposit. Over the last year or so this place has gone downhill, every resident I talked to that has been there for sometime all said they have put in complaints and many are looking to move elsewhere. The biggest issue is the people that are making most of the noise don't even live there they're guest - if you want to go to the pool you better be prepared to see everyone and their families not from the building there. The last I heard from a few people I spoke to was that part of the building was Section 8 - which is crazy but it makes sense, either that or they're getting really bad at vetting who they give an apartment to.
