Moved in when they were brand new. Many things are falling apart and many corners were cut when it was being built. There has been an ongoing issue with property management. There are shady characters in and out of the complex, whether they be visitors or actual residents. I've had so many packages taken, stolen bikes and gas right out of the car. After years of gain on time, the first time I did not pay rent 10 days in the month. I had a pay or evict notice on my door Without even a phone call to ask, try to clarify if a payment had been made or was going to be. It is impossible to get someone in the office or even higher in quantum to answer questions or give information to outside sources when needed. I have had 3 different occasions where they have come to so-called. Fix my Banister in my stairwell and it is still not attached to the wall properly.
