Northwood

I hve lived here 3-4 years with quick assistance from Sylo staff as needed. I have had quick responses to any problems in apartment that need repair. Think building house keeping staff are friendly and do a very good job of keeping general areas and hallways well cleaned. Unfortunately my apartment is net door to people with a dog that barks a lot when no one is home and some of my spleeping hours take place when no one is home. I find this location to be a good fit to the volunteer hours I spend at the Oregon Humane Society. As this is being written I am finding the times I take my dog for a walk, which includes one time around one to two am, I'm finding less disturbances in the close in neighborhood while I'm out with the dog. I have found Sylo employees to be very helpful in solving most problems that have come up in my apartment in a timely manner, The scheduled events for renters are well scheduled and seem to have a good turnout.

When I first rented my Apartment the bar downstairs was small and unobtrusive, it is now a city block with live mikes, lots of cars, people and dogs. I hear dogs fighting, and barking, people smoke at our back door, you don’t want to walk down the side of the building as people are very close and congregated around the bar entrance. As it is an event center now, events can start at 10AM with live music and drinks. I am disappointed with the parking, breaking of windows and lack of noise. I
