Been in this property for two years. The staff are second to none. They are warm and friendly and even more than that - they are helpful and truly kind. The building is always clean and they keep the resident's living experience at the center of what they do. It sounds like AI wrote this but I promise I did. I won't leave until I decide to buy.

I never write reviews, but I will this time because the management here has been so lovely. I moved in with my partner about a year ago, and we have adored everything from the neighborhood to the appliances. We recently got an upgrade and moved to a one-bedroom and Tommi has been accommodating facilitating everything. She also allowed me to park my motorcycle inside the garage because she was worried about it getting stolen. They obviously really care for their tenants here and treat us like human beings with our own lives. 10/10 would recommend.

Holm is in a great location just down the street from New Seasons, and 13th. Close to multiple parks, the waterfront and right around the corner from the Springwater Corridor for easy bike access. Sellwood has so much more to offer. I've lived in the building for 3 years and only have a few complaints. Lot's of dogs, so there is some noise and smells around the building. Parking can be a bit contentious. There is a garage, but it is on the pricey end. Bridge traffic can be long to get through during commuting hours, and the light doesn't allow for left turns, so turning across traffic can be hard. Other then those minor complaints, Holm is a nice apartment building in a great location, if you can afford it.
Holm at Sellwood is approximately 30 minutes away by car from the city center.
